Scheduling of after hours use of computers in the GIS Lab by the grad students

One of the possibilities for scheduling after hour use of compters by grad students having special projects requiring use of mulitple computers is to use the google calendar at warnellgis@gmail.com or another calendar software that would allow self-maintaining by the students.
